Reproductive Counseling

Support for every step of the path to parenthood.

Trying to build a family can bring hope, grief, waiting and decisions no one prepared you for, sometimes all in the same week. Reproductive counseling gives you a place to process it with someone who understands this road.

Does this sound familiar?

  • Your life has started to revolve around cycles, appointments and test results.
  • The two-week wait feels unbearable.
  • You've lost a pregnancy, and it feels like no one understands how much it hurt.
  • You're weighing donor eggs, donor sperm, embryos or surrogacy, and it's a lot.
  • Infertility is putting pressure on your relationship.
  • You're pregnant after loss and can't let yourself relax.
  • You finally have your baby, and you don't feel the way you expected to.

My approach

How I can help

Book a free consultation

I offer a calm, informed space for whatever this journey brings up: the anxiety, the grief, the hard conversations and the decisions.

I see individuals and couples, and I understand the medical side well enough that you won't have to explain the basics.

I support people through:

  • Infertility and fertility treatment (IUI, IVF)
  • Pregnancy loss, miscarriage and stillbirth
  • Failed cycles and treatment decisions
  • Third-party reproduction: donor conception, gestational surrogacy
  • Implications counseling consultations for Denver-area fertility clinics
  • Pregnancy after loss and perinatal anxiety
  • Postpartum adjustment and the transition to parenthood
  • Deciding when to stop treatment, or choosing a different path

For some people, a loss or a difficult birth leaves lasting distress. When that happens, I may suggest EMDR as part of our work.

What to expect

How sessions work

We can meet individually, as a couple, or both. Some people come for a few sessions around a specific decision. Others want steady support through treatment and beyond. Sessions are 50 minutes, in person or online.
