Frequently asked questions
Practical answers about getting started, sessions, privacy and urgent help.
Getting started
Book a free 15-minute call. We'll talk briefly about what's going on and whether I'm the right fit. If we decide to work together, we'll schedule a first session.
We'll talk about what brought you here, your history and your goals. It's also a chance for you to see how it feels to work with me.
I'll gladly help you find someone who is.
Sessions and telehealth
Yes. I see clients online through a secure, HIPAA-compliant video platform anywhere in Colorado.

Privacy
Yes, with a few legal exceptions (such as risk of serious harm), which I'll explain in our first session.
Urgent help
Is this an emergency service?
