I'm an out-of-network provider. I can give you a monthly superbill to submit to your insurer for possible reimbursement. Call your insurer and ask about “out-of-network outpatient mental health benefits” to see what's covered.

I want the practical side of therapy to feel clear and simple, so here's what to expect.

The practical details
Payment
All major credit cards and HSA/FSA cards. Payment is due at the time of each session.
Cancellations
Please give at least 48 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations are charged the full session fee.
Good Faith Estimate
Under the No Surprises Act, if you aren't using insurance you have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate of the expected cost of care. You can ask me for one at any time. Learn more at cms.gov/nosurprises.
